Objective To evaluate the application of tissue harmonic imaging in diagnosis of ureteral calculi.
方法对169例输尿管结石患者进行基波显像和组织谐波显像对比观察。
Methods The image quality of ureter in 169 patients with ureteral calculi was compared between tissue harmonic imaging and fundamental imaging.
结论组织谐波显像能明显提高图象的反差及对比度，改善图象质量，使泌尿系结石的阳性显示率和诊断准确性明显提高。
Conclusions the tissue harmonic imaging evidently improves the contrast and imaging quality, so that the positive rate and diagnostic accuracy of calculus would be upgraded.
