Methods:Under fluoroscopic guidance, TBPB was taken 163 times in 116 patients with peripheral pulmonary disease, among whom 37 patients with negative TBPB underwent PNAB 42 times totally.
组织病理获取，经皮肺穿刺41例、开胸手术13例、胸腔镜手术6例、淋巴结活检及纤支镜活检各1例。
Histopathology access: Percutaneous lung biopsy 41 cases, thoracic surgery 13 cases, thoracoscope surgery 6 cases, lymph node biopsy 1 case and bronchoscopy biopsy 1 case.
最后确诊有赖于肺穿刺活检和支纤镜证实。
