Objective To investigate the methods and clinical value of laparoscopic internal spermatic vein high ligation.
腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张，手术时间短，创伤小，恢复快，可同时处理双侧病变。
Laparoscopic high ligation of spermatic vein has the advantages of short operative time, less injury, quicker rehabilitation and simultaneous treatment of bilateral lesions.
目的：提高精索内静脉高位结扎术的治疗效果，减少手术并发症。
Objectives: To increase therapeutic effect of high ligation of the internal spermatic veins and reduce operative complications.
回顾分析我院为85例患者行腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术的临床资料。
Methods: The clinical data of 85 cases underwent high ligation of spermatic vein were reviewed.
方法：行腹腔镜下精索内静脉高位结扎术103例，其中左侧曲张80例，双侧曲张23例。
Methods: Among the 103 cases accepted high ligation of internal spermatic vein under laparoscopy, 80 cases had varicocele on left side, 23 cases on both sides.
