方法选择开角型青光眼和高眼压症患者50例50眼，随机分为美开朗组和噻吗心安组2组，各25例25眼。
Methods 50 patients (50 eyes) with primary open angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension were randomized, 25 (25 eyes) to cartelol, another 25 (25 eyes) to timolol.
结果：52例急性闭角型青光眼患者出院眼压均正常，无并发症发生。
Results: the eyes pressure of 52 patients suffered from acute angle-closure glaucoma were normal and no complications were found when they left hospital.
结果所有患者术后眼痛、头痛等症状均消失，患者术后视力较术前提高者21只眼（70%），术后视力不变者9只眼（30%），1周内眼压均得到控制，术中及术后未发生严重的并发症。
Results The symptoms were disappeared after operation in all patients. 21 eyes(70%) had improved visual acuity, 9 eyes(30%) remained the same. In all patients IOP were controlled in one week.
结论：与术前正常眼压组患者相比，术前高眼压组患者行青光眼白内障联合手术后的视力更差，并发症更多，术后眼压两组无差异。
Conclusions: After comparing the data of two groups, those who were in the high IOP before operating group gained an even bad vision and some complications, their IOP had no significant change.
