Objective: To evaluate the effect of orbital floor mesh plate in the treatment of orbital floor fracture.
眶底骨折的患者往往有面部外伤的病史，表现为眶周水肿和淤血，且眶下缘有触痛。
Patients with orbital floor fractures present after facial trauma with periorbital edema and ecchymosis associated with tenderness to palpation along the inferior orbital rim.
方法：本文通过对27例眶周骨折患者采用坚强内固定技术固定骨折，并用网状眶底修复钛板治疗不易固定的眶底骨折，对术后效果进行跟踪观察。
Methods:27 patients with orbital margin fractures were treated by surgical operation with orbital floor mesh plates or medial wall plates. All patients were observed for 3 months after operation.
