Objective To introduce a method to study the bacterial pyrogen in compound glycerin injection.
结果：在0 .9%氯化钠和5 %葡萄糖等渗液中，浓度4 0 %以下的甘油无溶血作用，80 %甘油有溶血作用。
RESULTS There are no hemolysis in 0.9% NaCl and 5% glucose solution with 0~40% glycerol, but hemolysis occurred in them with 80% glycerol.
