治疗组病人住院期间行瓣膜环缩术，对照组病人住院期间行血管内瓣膜成形术。

全组行二尖瓣成形术2例，二尖瓣置换术9例，主动脉瓣置换术3例，二尖瓣、主动脉瓣双瓣膜置换术10例；
