目的分析中国激素依赖型肾病综合征(SDNS)汉族儿童NPHS2基因突变及其特点。
Objective To examine mutations in NPHS2 gene in a Chinese child with steroid-dependent nephrotic syndrome (SDNS).
方法：在此回顾分析中我们包括了197例特发性肾病综合征的儿童患者，其中103例为激素依赖性的，94例为激素抵抗型的。
METHODS: in this retrospective analysis, we included 197 pediatric patients with idiopathic nephrotic syndrome (INS) of whom 103 were steroid dependent and 94 steroid resistant.
