目的探讨深板层角膜移植术治疗角膜溃疡的临床效果。
Objective to investigate the clinical effect of deep lamellar keratoplasty for corneal ulcer.
方法对12人(12眼)和10只实验兔(10眼)采用联合ptk的全厚植片深板层角膜移植术。
Methods Twelve persons (12 eyes) and 10 rabbits (10 eyes) were performed by full thickness lamellar keratoplasty combined with PTK.
全组病例后弹力层破裂处无明显混浊。结论深板层角膜移植术治疗急性期圆锥角膜可以取得较好的临床效果。
All cases those underlying Descemet's rupture had no significant turbidity. Conclusions Deep lamellar keratoplasty for treatment of acute keratoconus can obtain better clinical effects.
