Methods: We observe the effect of using Intravenous Catheter System with PRN 139 cases and analyse the factors which influence it.
目的分析老年慢性病患者浅静脉留置针保护膜更换时间与并发症的发生率。
Objective to analyze the elderly with chronic diseases Venous Indwelling Needle protective film to replace the time and the incidence of complications.
结论浅静脉留置针保护贴膜每天更换并不能减少并发症的发生，应视患者情况而定。
Conclusion Venous Indwelling Needle protection foil changed every day and not reduce the incidence of complications, should be considered in patients with conditions.
结果：生理盐水封管组浅静脉留置针阻管发生率为22.1%，而肝素钠封管组为7.4%，后者显著少于前者（P<0.05）。
Results :The occlusion rate of superficial vein detained needle was 22.1% in group of normal saline, but 7.4% in group of heparin sodium(P<0.05).
