结果38例通过泪道冲洗加探通治疗，37例治愈。
Results 37 patients(37 eyes)were cured after irrigation and probing of lacrimal passage.
结果25例(27眼)均取得良好效果，泪道冲洗通畅，1例因未能定期复查，再诊时泪囊粘连。
Results 25 cases (27 eyes) have achieved good results, unobstructed lacrimal irrigation, and 1 case failed because of the lacrimal sac adhesions.
结论小儿采用个性化用药冲洗可有效控制炎症，促进炎症吸收，减少冲洗次数，提高泪道冲洗的有效率。
