目的研究阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）患者心率变异性（HRV）昼夜变化，探讨利用HRV指标筛选OSAS的效果。
Objective To investigate daytime and nighttime variation of heart rate variability(HRV)in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS), and to evaluate the screening capacity of HRV.
结论：(1)EH患者血压变异增大，昼夜波动节律消失，心率变异性降低，QT变异度昼夜无显著差异。
Conclusion: (1) in EH patients ABPV were increased, HRV were reduced, the rhythm of blood pressure were disappeared, no significant difference was found between daytime and nighttime QTv.
