方法收集我院1990～2004 年收治的无功能性胰岛细胞瘤20例，对其临床表现、检查手段和治疗结果进行分析回顾行分析。结果B型超声、SCT、MRI检查能提供肿瘤的位置，定性诊断主要靠术中冰冻病理切片检查。
Methods The clinical data of 20 cases of nonfunctioning islet cell tumor from 1990 to 2004 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University were retrospectively analyzed.
方法收集我院1990～2004 年收治的无功能性胰岛细胞瘤20例，对其临床表现、检查手段和治疗结果进行分析回顾行分析。结果B型超声、SCT、MRI检查能提供肿瘤的位置，定性诊断主要靠术中冰冻病理切片检查。
