目的：探讨孕妇产前进行排尿训练对和减少顺产后排尿困难及尿潴留的效果。
Objective: To study the effect of antepartum urination training on obviation or reduction of dysuria and urinary retention after spontaneous delivery.
患者均有不同程度的排尿困难、尿线变细，12例呈滴沥状排尿，5例发生急性尿潴留。
All of them suffered from varied degree of dysuria and weak steam of urine. 12 patients had trickle micturition and acute urine retention occurred in 5 cases.
结论排尿困难是TURP术后的常见并发症，可采取防范措施，微创处理安全有效。
Conclusion Disuria is a common complication post TURP, which can be prevented and treated safely by minimum invasive procedures.
