Objective To investigate causes and prevention measures of postoperative hemorrhage after low-temperature plasma children tonsillectomy.
方法342例行低温等离子扁桃体切除术患儿中，9例发生术后出血，分析出血原因，总结预防方法。
Methods Among 342 children receiving low-temperature plasma tonsillectomy, there were 9 cases with postoperative hemorrhage. Their hemorrhage causes were analyzed to summarize prevention measures.
结果儿童扁桃体剥离切除缝合术再出血发生率、术后发热率、平均住院天数均优于单纯扁桃体剥离切除术。
ResultsCompared with simple tonsillectomy, tonsillectomy plus suture was superior in the risk of postoperative complication including rate of rebleeding, fever and duration in hospital in children.
