方法对治疗组24例患者采用针刺配合小针刀疗法，对照组22例患者采用针刺配合耳穴贴压疗法，比较两组治疗效果。
Methods a treatment group of 24 patients received acupuncture plus little needle knife and a control group of 22 patients, acupuncture plus auricular plaster therapy.
结论：小针刀疗法在改善痉挛型脑瘫患者的肌张力方面明显优于运动疗法。
