方法：对81例口腔修复门诊牙体缺损患者用电刀进行牙龈成形术并定期复诊观察。
Methods: the gingivoplasty with electrotome in 81 patients with tooth defect was performed in prosthetic department and follow up surveys wer carried out.
结果：196例患者中191例双眼手术后复明，有不良嗜好者均戒断，并能定期复诊，按医嘱服药。
Result:Among 196 cases 191 cases reaquired sight and give up bad customs maintained regular follow up and regular medication.
疗法治标不治本：临床上有些疗法可以快速去掉疣体，但是对于病毒并没有治疗性的作用，而尖锐湿疣的治愈标准一定要去疣清毒，定期复诊。
Palliative therapy: some clinical therapy can quickly remove warts, but there is no therapeutic effect on virus, and acuteness wet wart cure standard to wart disinfect, regular reexamination.
