目的：探讨中药抗纤灵方对大鼠单侧输尿管结扎(UUO)所致肾纤维化的防治作用及机制。
Objective: To study the effects of "Kangxian Ling Decoction" (KLD) on renal interstitial fibrosis induced by unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) in rats.
目的证实结扎致单侧输尿管梗阻(uuo)大鼠模型梗阻侧肾脏是否存在低氧，不同时间点低氧的特点及低氧与肾间质纤维化的关系。
Purpose To observe whether hypoxia exists in the obstructed kidney of unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) rat model and its distribution relationship with tubulointerstitial fibrosis.
方法：将大鼠随机分为单侧输尿管结扎试验组和假手术对照组。
METHODS: The rats were randomly divided into unilateral ureteral ligation Testing Group and sham operation Control Group.
单侧输尿管梗阻组（U）：大鼠行手术剖腹，分离并于肾盂下结扎左侧输尿管，同时术前一天开始每日给以安慰剂生理盐水灌胃处理；
UUO group rats received an operation with left ureteral obstruction below the renal pelvis and were also gavaged with saline daily;
单侧输尿管梗阻组（U）：大鼠行手术剖腹，分离并于肾盂下结扎左侧输尿管，同时术前一天开始每日给以安慰剂生理盐水灌胃处理；
UUO group rats received an operation with left ureteral obstruction below the renal pelvis and were also gavaged with saline daily;
