OBJECTIVE: to investigate the drug use situation in secondary hospitals in Nantong area since the enforcement of "Prescription Management Method".
但是，存在着诸如电子处方与现行《处方管理办法》不符等问题亟待解决。
Whereas, since the current electronic prescription dose not still conform the new Prescription Administrative Regulation, so there are some problems have to be solved urgently.
《处方管理办法》存在不完善和不合理之处，必须在实践中不断完善和修订。
Prescription Administritive Policy needs to be improved to become more reasonable, The more practicable enforcement should be expected through practice.
目的：探讨《处方管理办法(试行)》在基层医院的执行情况和促进合理用药的效果。
Objective: to study the executive condition of "prescription management method (trial implementation)" in the grass-roots hospitals, so as to promote the effect of rational medication.

OBJECTIVE: To discuss the contradiction between new rules of Good Practice on Management of Prescriptions (try-out) and drug administration for extended use and its countermeasures.
方法：结合实际工作，从人员素质、工作责任意识、药品规范等方面解读《处方管理办法》，并描述实施过程中遇到的困难。
METHODS: Based on our practical working experience, the Prescription Administrative Policy was studied from perspective of quality of personnel, sense of responsibility and drug standards etc.
结果与结论临床用药超出药品说明书范围较普遍，主要表现为扩大适应证、增加用药剂量等，与《处方管理办法（试行）》规定相抵触；
RESULTS &CONCLUSION:It is popular to prescribe beyond the instructions such as extended indication, increased dosage, which is against Good Practice on Management of Prescriptions(try-out).
结果实施管理办法后处方质量明显提高。
Results Prescription quality was obviously improved after implementing management finally.

Conclusions it is feasible for our hospital to improve the quality management of the prescription.
