目的探讨垂直球管移动技术用于上颌埋伏阻生前牙定位的可靠性。
Objective To discuss the reliability of the vertical tube shift technique (from a panoramic and a maxillary occlusal radiograph) for localization of the unerupted maxillary anterior teeth.
结果：16例上颌埋伏阻生前牙均顺利萌出至正常位置，牙髓活力测试正常。未见龈退缩、邻牙牙根吸收和支抗丧失等常见并发症。
Results: All impacted anterior maxillary teeth of the 16 cases were successfully moved into alignment with pulpal vitality , and no postoperative complications were found.
材料和方法：用Siemens螺旋CT扫描机，对20例共25颗上颌埋伏阻生前牙患者进行螺旋CT横断面扫描，并进行曲面、三维重建。
Materials and Methods:20 patients with 25 un-erupted and impacted teeth were scanned by Spiral CT and processed by dental reconstruction with SIEMENS spiral CT scanner.
