目的着重探讨CT对厚壁型胆囊癌与慢性胆囊炎的鉴别诊断价值。
Objective: To study of differential diagnoses value of thickened-wall gallbladder carcinoma and chronic cholecystitis from ct.
方法：回顾性分析26例老年化脓性胆囊炎及12例厚壁型胆囊癌的临床表现及超声声像图特征。
Methods the clinical data and the ultrasonic imaging characteristics of 26 cases with acute cholecystitis in the elder and 12 cases with wall-thickened gallbladder carcinoma were reviewed.
结果：胆囊癌呈软组织肿块型11例，腔内结节淹7例，胆囊壁弥漫增厚型1例。
Results: Of 19 cases, soft-tissue type was seen in 11 cases, intra-cystic nodule type in 7 and cystic wall thickening type in 1.
