目的探讨大明胶囊对2型糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖的影响。
Objective To study the effect of DaMing capsule on the plasma glucose of limosis on the type 2 diabetes rats.
结果①2型糖尿病大鼠经原钒酸钠灌胃给药后，空腹血糖值与模型组相比有明显的降低（P<0.05）；
RESULTS After fed with sodium orthovanadate, the plasma glucose levels of the type 2 diabetic rats were obviously lower than those of the diabetes model rats(P<0.05).
