方法：将80例aci患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例，分别给予血塞通注射液和低分子右旋糖酐治疗。
Method: 80 ACI cases were divided randomly into treatment group and control group, receiving treatment of Xuesaitong Injection and dextran-40 respectively.
