Objective】To approach the possibility of doing the operation of one stage bilateral thoracoscopic sympathetic blocking(OSBTSB)under local infiltration anesthesia and spontaneous breathing.
术后声音嘶哑1例，心律失常1例，双侧胸腔积液1例，左侧气胸伴左膈下脓肿1例，5例出现小的颈部吻合口瘘。

其中孤立性转移瘤10例，单侧多发转移瘤4例，双侧多发转移瘤3例，全部行胸腔镜下肺楔形切除术。
Among the 17 cases of metastases, 10 were solitary metastasis, 4 were unilateral multiple metastases, 3 were bilateral metastases. All patients underwent thoracoscopic wedge resection.
