Objective:To analyze and summarize the clinical characters and the diagnosis, treatment measure in elderly patients with acute perforation of stomach and duodenum.
方法：对所收治的胃十二指肠急性穿孔的118例病人中的接受手术治疗的93例病人进行研究、分析，并随访2 ~3年。
Methods: Out of 118 patients who were taken in our hospital with ulcers perforation, 93 patients underwent the surgical treatment and were studied, analyzed and followed up by 2 ~ 3 years.
结论：X线检查是胃十二指肠穿孔主要的诊断方法，穿孔修补术仍是治疗急性胃十二指肠穿孔的有效方法。
Conclusion: the X inspection is the main way for diagnosis gastroduodenal perforation, the neoplasty is the effective method for treating the gastroduodenal perforation.
