目的采用6分钟步行试验，测定卡维地络对充血性心力衰竭的疗效。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of carvediol on patients with congestive heart failure(CHF) by 6 minutes walk test(6MWT).
记录运动前后心脏活动所产生的振动信号，测量第一心音幅值和6分钟步行试验中步行的距离。
The vibration signal from heart activity was recorded, and the walking distance during the 6 minute walk test was measured.
结果：治疗后，试验组患者六分钟步行距离明显延长，LVEF明显提高，BNP及CRP均显著下降。
Results: in experiment group, the six minutes walk distance was obviously longer, LVEF was notably increased, BNP and CRP were significantly lower.
