Objectives: To identify the risk factors associated with congenital microtia, and put forward its preventive measures.
结果对6例7只先天性小耳畸形行全耳再造，术后效果良好，术中去除纤维包膜时，应避免影响皮瓣血运。
Results 7 congenital microtia in 6 cases underwent whole auricular reconstruction with this method. All of them obtained wonderful effects without necrosis of the expanded skin.
