Results Among the 53 patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism , there were 39 cases of parathyroidal hyperplasia, 31 cases of nodosity thyroncus, 32 cases of lymphadenectasis.
结果24例患者手术治疗，术后19例诊断为甲状旁腺瘤，3例为甲状旁腺增生，2例为甲状旁腺癌。
