目的探讨室间隔缺损（VSD）并中重度主动脉瓣关闭不全（AI）患儿行主动脉瓣成形术的疗效。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of aortic valvuloplasty in treatment of ventricular septal defect(VSD)with moderate or severe aortic valve insufficiency(AI)in children.
全组行二尖瓣成形术2例，二尖瓣置换术9例，主动脉瓣置换术3例，二尖瓣、主动脉瓣双瓣膜置换术10例；
Mitral valvoplasty in 2 patients and mitral valve replacement in 9 and aortic valve replacement in 3 and double valve replacement in 10 were performed.
