Objective To explore the experience of intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) with the assistance of off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCAB) for the treatment of high risk coronary disease.

方法：对27例高危冠状动脉疾病患者应用主动脉球囊反搏泵，并予围术期精心护理。
