The 12-man squad includes two Rugby World Cup Sevens winners Richie Pugh and Lee Williams, who return to the side after an 18 month absence.

Rugby's world governing body, the IRB, has promised to end its World Cup Sevens event in order to allow 12 men's and women's teams to take part in the competition.
The International Rugby Board would scrap its Sevens World Cup to ensure the Olympics is the sport's top event.
In doing so the Welsh also kept up an incredible record of winning silverware in each of their last seven IRB Sevens World Series events.
But Wales now must play New Zealand who stretched their record wnning streak in the IRB Sevens World Series to 39 with their 47-7 victory over the United States.
"It's going to be a great experience to go to Romania, " said Fusaro, who is also in the Scotland squad for the last two legs of the IRB Sevens World Series.
"We have got a great blend of youth and experience in our squad and it will be fantastic for these players to mix with some of the greatest Sevens players in the world, " said Rees.
Last season's IRB Sevens attracted more than 250, 000 spectators over the World Series and reached 136 countries through its television coverage.
