The restaurant scene is booming, neighbourhoods are being transformed and at the same time, Istanbul offers world renowned ancient architecture and museums, food fit for a sultan andenough sights and activities for a lifetime of visits.
And in that process what we hope is, is that if those costs get high enoughand the benefits are low enough, that in time they make the right decision not just for the security and prosperity of the world but also for their own people.
