The involvement of SADC Secretariat in the workshop presented an opportunity to discuss the process of reinforcing the Culture domain within the SADC Secretariat.
It is expected that the review process will be largely carried out online prior to the workshop therefore enabling workshop participants to focus on very specific objectives.
The workshop will provide an opportunity to assess the key achievements, lessons learned and challenges from the process of developing comprehensive life skills curriculum on Sexuality, HIV Educative Prevention (LSHEP Curricular) in 2012 and to produce recommendations for implementing the LSHEP Curriculaumincluding setting up a monitoring and evaluation framework.
The twelve sessions of the workshop were intended to help equip participants with basic knowledge and skills to design and facilitate a community-based inventorying process tailored to the current circumstances of Timor-Leste.
