Utility Con Edison noted over 3, 600 customers were withoutelectricalpower, and announced they secured over 700 external contractors in order to try to keep its services running.
The training includes climbing in through wing exits with gear, getting into cargo holds and finding which container is burning, moving hoses through planes without snags, opening doors and cargo hatches withoutelectricalpower and searching and rescuing passengers.
