In the past two years, Cisco, Texas-based brothers Farris and Dan Wilks have been buying up almost 200, 000 acres in ranchland.
The couple claimed Ms Wilks and Ms Moseley only built the house in order to sell it for a healthy profit.
Wilks said the family was elated that the suspects were in jail.
