It's exactly the same when people sign a declaration of peace, the Belfast Agreement when it was signed was not the end, it was the beginning of a long period of struggle whichrequires just as much determination from all of us to see it succeed and I believe there is a will there, certainly among the pro-agreement parties to make this succeed.

In regards to leverage, Basel III introduced a minimum 3% leverage ratio and two required liquidity ratios: (1) the Liquidity Coverage Ratio, whichrequires a bank to hold high-quality liquid assets to cover its total net cash outflows over 30 days, and (2) the Net Stable Funding Ratio, whichrequires the available amount of stable funding to exceed the required amount of stable funding over a one-year period of extended stress.
