Ms. PROSE: So I can only tell you to try and see, you know, the way each book needs to be written, and to be open to what the book itself is kindof telling you in a way that needs to be done and try and do it that way.
What your book illustrates so well is the difference between the kindof market that prevails in ordinary consumer goods such as automobiles, televisions or what-not and that prevailed in medicine until World War II, and the kindof market that now exists in the medical area.
