On top of all of their other responsibilities, Meier and Weichert are in constant search of grants and funding to pay for expansion and program development.
At the moment, Meier and Weichert are contemplating how to grow the program to reach more veterans and they think that expanding the virtual lessons the program offers may be the way to go.
The jobs are physically based in Wisconsin but there is a virtual class component as well, which has been used by vets from San Francisco to Pittsburg to New York, Weichert said.
