Through my years in management, I've found four tools that have allowed our employees to improve their ability to interact better with customers: We (1) trustour employees, (2) communicate with them, (3) listen to them and (4) explain rather than convince.
"We have listened to feedback from ourcustomers and employees, and understand that to maintain and further build public trustwe need to do more, " said a Starbucks statement.
To do that, we have to break through the question of whether or not our company is safe and legitimate so we can earn the trust of potential customers.
