I'd be interested to know what -- whether Mr. Steele believes that we can make progress working together or if the tone of his rhetoric is something that might prevent him from working constructively with the President of the United States.

So I think the President understands that each country has interests, and where we have mutual interests we can work together to make progress.
Just before I came to speak to all of you today, I visited two expos right in another courtyard here that underscore the kind of progress we can make together.
