This morning I emailed Motif Investing founder Hardeep Walia, who lives in sunny California, asking him if his team had created a Do-It-Yourself ETF or motif that sought to profit from Sandy.
Walia got back to me almost immediately reporting that they had indeed created a 14 stock portfolio of investments that had scored high total returns in the aftermath of other disasters like Katrina.
