Sleep apnea is a disorder that causes people to stop breathing momentarily and wake up as often as hundreds of times every night, leaving a lot of unexplained fatigue, irritability and millions of hours of lost productivity at the workplace.
And, unfortunately, but not surprisingly, they were more likely to deal with such psychiatric issues as depression, anxiety disorder, and substance abuse, including smoking, in the wake of Katrina.
Mr Robinson said disorder on the streets of Northern Ireland in recent weeks was a wake up call that there was still much work to be done in building peace and stability.
