Apple has agreed to pull one of its proposals from the shareholder meeting Wednesday after a federal judge ruled in favor of a bid by Greenlight Capital that sought to block voting on the same.
Major shareholders are Bessemer Venture Partners with 22.1% voting power, Elevation Partners (which is an investor in FORBES) with 22.0%, Benchmark Capital with 15.9% and Max Levchin with 13.5% and CEO Jeremy Stoppelman with 11.1%.
