Both models feature a new capacitive touch control design that allows the listener to change volume, switch channels or jump streams with a simple swipe or tap.
Software might be able to offer a good on-screen volumecontrol option and it might be able to mitigate the off switch problem a little, but not enough to keep either issues from being extremely annoying.
