Elaborate, based on the results of UNESCO policy advice to member states and dialogue with external donors and national stakeholders, science and technology policy documents and policy briefs with a view to facilitating the sharing of experiences, expertise and best practices on strategic programmes for the integration of scientific, engineering and technological activities in the national public investment programme.
