Over the past five years the Russians developed a prototype of a vertical axis wind turbine with an innovative airfoil that enables the turbine to self-start.
The 3-axis Photo Image Stabilization mechanically compensates for rotary shift as well as horizontal and vertical angular shift to further enhance still images and eliminate blur.
