The Department of Labor, which oversees retirement plans, has been working for years on rules that would make it easier to tell which 401(k) plans chargeunreasonable fees.
The government's advocate for access to education Simon Hughes added that he thought it would be "unreasonable" for universities to charge students "significantly" more than the cost of providing their course.
