The 03 service will collect credentials for all cloud applications in one place and provide a universal login service, which can be accessed through the web.
This included simplifying and eliminating unnecessary deployment and operating regulations at the federal, state and local level, freeing up another 500 Mhz. of radio frequencies for mobile broadband, and working with providers to identify the most compelling new applications that would only be possible if near-universal access to broadband became a reality.
