And that, in the end, is why the peace process in Northern Ireland was successful, because bothsides had some understandingof what the other side needed for some dignity and for some peace.
Given efforts to improve mutual understandingof the two systems and good will on bothsides, issues that arise can be satisfactorily resolved within one country in accordance with the Basic Law.
It's my opinion, based on my understandingof this agreement, that we have an excellent chance, provided we're willing on bothsidesof the aisle to roll up our sleeves and to make this agreement what it's supposed to be and what we all want it to be.
