European automakers have more than a dozen plants worth of excess factory capacity, with new plants still underconstruction in Central Europe and more beingbuilt in Russia.
Currently underconstruction, the 40-storey Cajasol Tower is beingbuilt on the former site of the 1992 World Expo in La Cartuja, a neighbourhood that Seville has struggled to redevelop.
